Terms & Conditions – Sattva Cafe General All guests are requested to follow the café rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct or violation of café policies. Pricing & Payment Prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods (subject to availability). Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. In case of incorrect order served, please inform the staff immediately. Food & Allergies Customers are requested to inform staff about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Sattva Cafe is not responsible for allergic reactions if prior information is not shared. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the café premises. Hygiene & Safety We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards. Customers are requested to keep the premises clean and dispose of waste responsibly. Damages & Liability Any damage to café property caused by customers will be chargeable. The café is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Behavior & Conduct Misbehavior, offensive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the café. Photography & Social Media Personal photography is allowed. Commercial photography or videography requires prior permission from management. Seating & Time Policy Seating is subject to availability. During peak hours, customers may be requested to share tables or limit seating time. Right to Amend Sattva Cafe reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
